England’s recent 2-0 victory against the USA this week has done much to reinforce the position of new boss, Fabio Capello, after some considerably scrutiny over the two performances England have made thus far after failing under Steve McLaren to reach the finals of Euro 2008. Despite only winning one of their first two games under Capello, with a win over Switzerland and a loss to France, it is hoped that a new and more successful era of English football will be ushered in by the Italian who is ranked amongst the most successful European club managers.
